Man, I sit here and think about my life and am struck by how absolutely I know that money is NOT everything. Back in the day, I had a “fiance” who paid the bills. He didn’t make much but at least we had a roof over our head and our basic needs met. And we even had extra money for fun stuff. That’s what we are supposed to want, right? A man to take care of us.
