I am a big believer in tearing down language barriers. I have long wanted to learn a second language. Maybe even a third and a fourth. It can be helpful in so many ways. It can make you more competitive in business. It can open you up to developing relationships with people you otherwise wouldn’t have been able to communicate with. It enables you to become more immersed when you travel to different countries.
I was given the opportunity to do a Prize Candle review and jewelry reveal. The candle was provided to me for free in exchange for an honest review.
Unless you have been living under a rock (or don’t have any friends in direct sales), you have probably heard of this type of candle. The idea is that you can buy a nicely scented candle from the company and receive a bonus in the form of a piece of jewelry that is hidden inside the candle.
I firmly believe that every person should know how to speak at least two languages – their native language and one other. The second one could be something that you feel would come in handy for work or for travel, or it could be one that you simply want to learn. In this increasingly globalized society, not knowing more than one language can limit your opportunities.
I have long wished that I knew how to speak more than one language. Among the languages that I wish I knew how to speak conversationally, French is right up there near the top. I honestly think that everyone should know how to speak at least one other language. As members of a global community, it puts you at a disadvantage to only know your native language —
Ok, so I know that this may sound like a weird thing to be reviewing, but any parent who has a newly potty trained child can probably understand why I would want to review a mattress pad protector. Especially if you co-sleep like I do (I’m not ready for him to sleep in his own room yet, lol). Christian has been potty trained since around March or so.
