A couple of months ago, Christian and I adopted the cutest little labrador puppy ever. We named her Luna Lovegood. Because…Harry Potter. I thought it would be cool to talk to you guys about some of the unexpected (and rather comical) perks of having a fur baby. Hope you enjoy!

Random fact about me: I have three degrees. I attained undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Morgan State University (Fair Morgan, We Love Thee!). Then I went on to pursue my Masters in Counseling Psychology, but switched to Educational Psychology in the last year.

If you are in your late 20’s to early 30’s, you have probably seen (or at least heard of) the hit movie, Mean Girls. The movie (written by Tina Fey and directed by Mark Waters) chronicles the experiences of homeschooler-turned-public-schooler, Cady Heron as she makes friends and frenemies.
